Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and monitor school computer labs, interactive displays, and classroom audio-visual equipment.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of school-issued laptops and mobile devices.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Assist in the administration of the school's local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and peripheral devices.
- Document technical solutions and create easy-to-follow user guides for common software and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common classroom software applications.
- Experience with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and basic router management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in an educational environment with diverse end-users.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
