Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for software applications, hardware systems, and network infrastructure

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or operations roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
