Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including the provisioning and deployment of devices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and security to prevent downtime and data breaches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting printers, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse users.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate overseas.
