- Respond to and resolve technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
