Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with minimal supervision
- Document IT issues, solutions, and system configurations
- Assist with cybersecurity measures and system updates
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure improvements
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Immediate availability required
