As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our technical operations, acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, ticketing system, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across Active Directory, Office 365, and other internal platforms.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, WLAN, and VPN, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation for hardware and software licenses.
- Assist in the implementation of IT security policies and procedures, including antivirus management and patch updates.
- Support the setup and management of video conferencing and collaboration tools.
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and common business applications (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
- Experience with remote desktop tools and IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
