Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and servers
- Provide technical support to staff via ticketing system and in-person assistance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct regular security audits
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
