Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance of IT hardware including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Manage and troubleshoot software systems, operating systems, and business applications
- Oversee CCTV system operations, maintenance, and security protocols
- Support IoT device deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the IT infrastructure
- Implement security patches, updates, and system optimizations
- Document IT assets, configurations, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT project implementations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in network protocols, server management, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, IoT devices, and smart infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with logistics or transportation IT systems a plus
