Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain company network performance to ensure high availability and security.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, software errors, and connectivity problems efficiently.
- Manage user account provisioning, access controls, and security permissions.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure system recovery protocols are executed.
- Document technical procedures, support logs, and maintenance activities for internal knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and hardware repairs when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity suites.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi configuration).
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise environment management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
