You will play a critical role in providing technical assistance, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining the reliability of our internal IT ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the company's computer networks, servers, and communication systems.
  • Provide prompt technical support to employees for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Monitor network security and troubleshoot connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software applications.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in a structured knowledge base for future reference.
  • Ensure that all IT assets are tracked, documented, and properly maintained.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or network administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer configurations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving technical bottlenecks.
