Join China Taiping Insurance Group's dynamic IT team as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll be the backbone of our technological infrastructure. This critical role involves providing comprehensive technical support to ensure seamless operations across hardware, software, network systems, and enterprise applications. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, implement system upgrades, and maintain optimal performance of IT assets. As a key player in our digital transformation journey, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols, document IT processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will directly support our mission-critical operations while fostering a culture of innovation and reliability within our Jakarta-based operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with minimal downtime
- Manage system security updates and vulnerability patches
- Document IT procedures, inventory, and incident reports
- Train employees on system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals and protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
