Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver responsive technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including OS, applications, and connectivity problems
- Perform system upgrades, security patches, and preventive maintenance
- Document technical issues and solutions in helpdesk tracking systems
- Collaborate with IT team to implement technology solutions
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
