Tanggung Jawab
- Provide proactive IT support to resolve technical issues and system malfunctions
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance

- Document all technical issues, solutions, and procedures for reference
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions
- Maintain security protocols and ensure data protection measures are followed
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices
- Prepare for and support overseas relocation when required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate overseas when required
