You will act as the primary point of contact for technical support, managing everything from network stability and server performance to the maintenance of critical security systems like CCTV and PABX. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network security protocols to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting incidents and service requests promptly.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office productivity applications.
- Monitor server health, perform routine maintenance, execute backups, and patch management to ensure data integrity.
- Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems and PABX telephony infrastructure for the building.
- Conduct regular hardware inspections and perform preventive maintenance on IT assets.
- Assist in IT asset management, inventory control, and the deployment of new equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, IP addressing, and routing protocols.
- Experience with server maintenance, virtualization, and Active Directory management.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PABX systems and telephone network administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to service level agreements.
