Tambang Batu Split is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our technical infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing excellent technical support to our internal staff.
As our IT Specialist, you will manage hardware and software deployments, oversee network connectivity, and provide timely resolutions to technical issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor server performance, backups, and data security protocols.
- Perform regular system audits and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, including workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement software solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees regarding company IT systems and security policies.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the internal tracking system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
