Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-to-end IT operational support for all Head Office activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Assist users with technical issues and provide training on new systems
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with network administration and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
