Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across retail locations
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues to minimize operational downtime
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, workstations, and peripheral devices
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive retail data and customer information
- Document technical processes, incidents, and solutions in knowledge base systems
- Train retail staff on proper IT usage and security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience in retail or service industry
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware components (PCs, printers, POS systems) and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak retail seasons
