We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues including OS errors, application malfunctions, and connectivity problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across IT systems
- Document technical procedures, create troubleshooting guides, and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades, security patches, and infrastructure projects
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices for data security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, mobile devices, and peripheral systems
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and ITIL methodologies
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
