Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, and in-person assistance
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues including OS errors, application malfunctions, and connectivity problems
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across IT systems
  • Document technical procedures, create troubleshooting guides, and maintain IT asset inventory
  • Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades, security patches, and infrastructure projects
  • Train employees on new technologies and best practices for data security

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, mobile devices, and peripheral systems
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and ITIL methodologies
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
