Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and troubleshoot FTTH network performance in real-time
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for network installations and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Ensure optimal operation of network infrastructure and communication systems
- Document network issues, resolutions, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams for network upgrades and improvements
- Train end-users on network usage and basic troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in network support or FTTH operations
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Customer service experience with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) preferred
