Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across overseas branches.
  • Manage end-to-end user onboarding, including workstation setup, software installation, and account configuration.
  • Maintain and monitor server health, system backups, and data security protocols.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement new infrastructure solutions and software updates.
  • Document technical processes, create knowledge base articles, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VPN connectivity, VoIP systems, and remote access tools for international staff.
  • Perform regular hardware audits and inventory management for the Jakarta office and remote sites.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to assist non-technical users effectively.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, printers, peripherals) under tight deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly regarded.
