As an IT Support professional, you will act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries. You will manage hardware maintenance, software deployments, and network troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime for our business functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide primary technical support for internal users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on office computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user account access, email configurations, and permission settings within the corporate network.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications to ensure systems are current and secure.
  • Monitor network performance and provide proactive solutions to prevent technical downtime.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base to streamline future support.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on infrastructure upgrades and security implementations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quick resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to be based in Kecamatan Tangerang, Banten.
