Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident resolutions
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on IT best practices and new technologies
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certification in IT/Computer Science
- 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and security
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with helpdesk tools and remote support platforms
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) preferred
