Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems including workstations, servers, and network equipment
- Deploy and update software applications across organizational systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote and on-site support
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic skills for software/hardware conflicts and system optimization
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
