Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain server hardware and software to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure secure connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security audits.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage user access rights, permissions, and security policies across the organization.
- Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems and applications to ensure software compliance and security.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the procurement of IT assets and manage inventory logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Linux environments, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, CCNA, MCSA) are a distinct advantage.
