In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, responsible for managing the entire project life cycle on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex business processes, designing efficient system architectures, and ensuring seamless project execution from conception to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business unit leads, to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive loyalty and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the day-to-day management of the project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional, and technical system specifications.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
- Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet established standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical guides.
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems and participate in troubleshooting technical bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and business process modeling.
- Experience with database management (SQL) and system integration practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
