Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems for peak performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with proactive solutions
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure design and improvements
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Provide technical support to end-users and escalate critical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and monitoring tools
