Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability
- Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and system upgrades
- Document system configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of enterprise server systems, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage solutions
- Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation
- Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
