Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain integrated automation systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot integration bottlenecks between hardware and software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy customized automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor network traffic and system performance to prevent downtime.
- Document technical workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on newly integrated automation platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial IoT, PLC systems, and cloud-based automation tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in system integration or technical IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, server management, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).
- Proficient in programming or scripting languages (such as Python, Java, or C#) for integration tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
