Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for field support? Erablue Electronics is currently seeking a highly motivated and mobile IT Technical Staff to join our expanding team in Banyumas. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our retail technology infrastructure is always running at peak performance.
As an IT Technical Staff, you will not be confined to a desk. You will be actively involved in the field, traveling between store locations to perform critical installations, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end installation and configuration of IT hardware, including POS systems, printers, and scanners.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
- Install, maintain, and configure CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure store security.
- Provide prompt on-site technical support for hardware-related issues reported by store staff.
- Manage the deployment of new IT equipment across multiple retail outlets in the Banyumas region.
- Ensure all IT equipment meets company standards and operational safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, service requests, and hardware inventories accurately in the internal ticketing system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an IT Support, Field Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with CCTV installation and configuration is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently for mobile field assignments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical store personnel.
- High level of integrity, independence, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
