Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for field support and hardware troubleshooting? Erablue Electronics, a leading electronics retailer, is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Staff to join our team in Surakarta. In this mobile-based role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our technical infrastructure runs seamlessly to provide the best service to our customers.
As an IT Technical Staff, you will travel between store locations to perform essential installations and rapid-response troubleshooting. If you enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same and you have a knack for solving technical hardware issues on the fly, we want to meet you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine installation and configuration of IT equipment, including POS systems, routers, and networking hardware.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting for hardware malfunctions, including printers, CCTV systems, and peripheral devices in retail stores.
- Maintain system uptime by conducting preventive maintenance and routine health checks on store IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to store staff for basic hardware operation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage inventory of IT spare parts and tools for repair and installation purposes.
- Maintain accurate logs of support tickets, site visits, and technical status reports using company systems.
- Coordinate with the central IT department for escalated network or server-side issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or field-based environment.
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, networking basics (LAN/WAN), and CCTV installations.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle, as this is a mobile role requiring site travel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and travel within the Surakarta area.
