Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT peripherals including printers, routers, and networking hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for retail stores, ensuring rapid recovery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems and IT infrastructure to ensure security and functionality.
- Provide clear, friendly technical support to store staff regarding hardware usage and software troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities in the system.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to upgrade equipment and implement new technical solutions.
- Travel to various locations within Garut to provide mobile field support as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Support Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, printers, routers, and basic networking (LAN/WLAN).
- Familiarity with CCTV installation and configuration is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Valid driver's license is required for field mobility.
