Warna Mardhika is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As the backbone of our operational efficiency, you will play a critical role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs seamlessly.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of hands-on experience, a deep passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to providing top-tier technical support to our internal stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain and monitor server health, network connectivity, and company-wide security protocols.
  • Execute proactive system maintenance, software patching, and hardware upgrades to minimize downtime.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and internal SOPs in the company knowledge base.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security authentication across corporate platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software solutions and hardware assets.
  • Resolve complex network issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN infrastructure troubleshooting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an IT Technical Support or System Administration role.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 environment.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewalls).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
