Lintasarta is a leading information and communication technology company, and we are looking for a meticulous IT Technical Writer to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our complex technical infrastructure and our users by creating clear, concise, and professional documentation.
You will work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand manuals, API documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, organize, and write comprehensive technical manuals and documentation for IT products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and verify content accuracy.
- Create and maintain high-quality API documentation, user guides, and integration manuals.
- Develop clear, visual aids including diagrams, charts, and infographics to enhance user understanding.
- Review existing documentation and suggest updates to ensure consistency and relevance with current systems.
- Ensure all technical content adheres to company style guides and industry best practices.
- Manage documentation lifecycles, from initial drafting to final publication and revision control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, English, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, specifically within the IT or Software Development sector.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Git, or specialized CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and API architecture.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly documentation.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
