- Create clear, concise technical documentation including user guides, API references, and process manuals
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to gather accurate technical information
- Develop and maintain documentation style guides and templates for consistency
- Review and edit existing materials to improve clarity and update product changes
- Ensure documentation meets accessibility standards and user experience best practices
- Manage documentation versioning and implement content management workflows
- Conduct user testing to validate documentation effectiveness and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing for IT products or software documentation
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence)
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with API documentation, user guides, and online help systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (Git)
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing samples for IT products
