Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network, system, and user-related technical issues
- Provide responsive technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Implement security protocols and system updates to protect organizational data
- Document IT processes, configurations, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate hardware/software procurement
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certification in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
