Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and corporate websites using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Operations) to define and implement innovative software solutions.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems and databases.
- Manage and maintain web server environments, including deployment pipelines and hosting configurations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, systems, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Web Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks: PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) or Node.js (Express).
- Expertise in database design and management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Proficient with version control systems (Git) and experience with Agile/Scrum development workflows.
- Strong understanding of web security best practices, SEO principles, and responsive/mobile-first design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
