Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's official website and web-based applications.
- Monitor web performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform regular system updates.
- Ensure high levels of website security, including data backups and protection against vulnerabilities.
- Handle user management, including account creation, access control, and troubleshooting support for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new features and improve existing web functionalities.
- Perform regular data audits and ensure information accuracy across all web platforms.
- Generate technical reports on web activity, performance metrics, and user engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Operator, IT Support, or Web Administrator.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or custom dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web hosting environments (cPanel/WHM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends and web technologies.
