Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the ITeT (Information Technology and Execution Team) within the Project Management Office, overseeing daily operations and strategic direction.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, while mitigating risks effectively.
- Direct cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular status reports to senior management.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and technology consulting methodologies.
- Identify process optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of the Retail & Consumer Products industry and its specific technology requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prince2, or PMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and timelines effectively.
- Experience in technology consulting and managing external vendors or partners.
