Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for IT Management Systems (ITMS) including incident resolution and system maintenance
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential service disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement solutions
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Conduct regular system health checks and apply security patches/updates
- Train end-users on ITMS functionality and provide ongoing technical guidance
- Analyze system logs to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or system administration
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting database, network, and application-layer issues
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft) preferred
