Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of office premises including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas
- Manage waste disposal, recycling programs, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, fixing furniture, or addressing plumbing issues
- Coordinate office logistics including setting up meeting rooms, managing breakroom supplies, and arranging equipment
- Monitor facility safety and report maintenance needs or hazards to management promptly
- Assist with administrative support tasks including document handling, mail sorting, and basic office errands
- Adhere to company hygiene protocols, safety standards, and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facility maintenance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or office support roles
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 20kg), prolonged standing, and bending
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and supply inventory management
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and consistent attendance
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino for team coordination
