Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat in both Japanese and English.
  • Accurately identify, document, and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests using our CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-through.
  • Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction scores, first contact resolution, and average handle time.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide accurate and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and streamline operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written). JLPT N1 or N2 certification is highly preferred.
  • Business-level proficiency in English to effectively communicate with internal teams and for documentation.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or a related industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu, Philippines, and adapt to a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
