Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during business meetings, site inspections, and technical briefings.
- Translate written documents, including emails, technical manuals, and corporate reports, from Japanese to English/Filipino and vice-versa.
- Act as the primary communication link between Japanese expatriates and local Filipino staff.
- Facilitate cross-cultural understanding by interpreting business nuances and professional etiquette for both parties.
- Accompany management and clients to various project sites within the Batangas region as required.
- Ensure all technical terminology is accurately conveyed in manufacturing or corporate contexts to prevent operational delays.
- Review and proofread translated materials to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Filipino citizen with native-level proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Possess JLPT N1 or N2 certification (Business Level to Fluent proficiency is mandatory).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana).
- Proven experience in interpretation or translation within a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture, ethics, and professional protocols.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle complex technical jargon.
