Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions
- Translate written documents including contracts, manuals, and correspondence
- Support onboarding and training of Japanese-speaking personnel
- Assist in cross-cultural communication between departments
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all language-related tasks
- Act as language resource for clients and stakeholders
- Prepare glossaries of technical terminology specific to steel industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional interpreting/translation experience
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and Indonesian
- Professional certification in Japanese language (JLPT N1/N2)
- Strong understanding of industrial terminology
- Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in relevant translation software/tools
