- Accurately interpret Japanese to Filipino and Filipino to Japanese during meetings, conferences, and daily business operations
- Translate written documents, emails, and business communications between Japanese and Filipino
- Facilitate clear communication between Japanese and Filipino team members
- Assist with cross-cultural training and understanding between Japanese and Filipino staff
- Prepare translation materials and terminology glossaries for consistent use across the organization
- Provide language support during client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all language-related tasks
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Japanese and Filipino languages with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification in Japanese language interpretation or translation (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
- Proficiency in office computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in interpretation or translation roles (advantageous)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
