Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately interpret Japanese to English and vice versa in business meetings, conferences, and daily communications
- Translate written documents including technical manuals, emails, and contracts between Japanese and English
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Japanese and Filipino colleagues to ensure mutual understanding
- Support Japanese executives and expatriates with daily operational communication needs
- Assist in onboarding new Japanese staff by providing language and cultural orientation
- Prepare interpretation materials and terminology glossaries for specialized business contexts
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all sensitive communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, Interpretation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience as a Japanese interpreter or translator
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Professional certification in Japanese interpretation (e.g., JETRO, JLT) preferred
- Strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette and corporate culture
- Exceptional active listening and note-taking skills during high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced multicultural environments
- Proficiency with interpretation technology and document management systems
