Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality oral interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and business discussions between Japanese executives and Indonesian staff.
- Translate written documents accurately, including emails, reports, contracts, and internal manuals from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist in the onboarding and daily support of Japanese expatriates or visiting delegators to ensure smooth integration.
- Facilitate effective communication in retail or operational settings to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Attend business trips as required to support specific projects or training sessions.
- Manage correspondence and communication logs to ensure no information is lost in translation.
- Conduct training or briefings for local staff on specific Japanese business etiquette or terminology.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Japanese Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- JLPT N2 or N1 certification (N1 preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a professional interpreter or translator.
- Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Good command of English is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Available for business trips when necessary.
