We are currently seeking a professional and fluent Japanese Interpreter to join our dynamic team in Depok. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings, negotiations, factory tours, and site visits.
- Translate business documents, technical reports, emails, and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian.
- Facilitate clear communication during training sessions led by Japanese experts.
- Interpret during daily operational interactions to ensure understanding of technical or administrative details.
- Assist the management team in building strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate transmission of information in both directions.
- Prepare summaries of meetings or discussions for internal documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum JLPT N2 or N3 certification (N1 preferred) in Japanese.
- Excellent command of both the Japanese language and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in business interpretation or translation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business terminology and professional etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- Relevant educational background in Literature, Linguistics, or Business Administration.
