Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written interpretation between Japanese and English for meetings, emails, and technical documentation.
- Support CAD engineering teams by translating project requirements and functional specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication during inter-departmental briefings and executive meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual reports and project status updates.
- Ensure that technical terminology is accurately interpreted and culturally adapted for the local team.
- Coordinate with management to manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate information.
Kualifikasi
- Must have JLPT N4, N3, or higher certification.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge cultural differences effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Basic understanding or interest in technical CAD software environments is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time in Makati City, Metro Manila.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to technical workflows and company-specific jargon.
