Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time Japanese-Indonesian interpretation for executive meetings, conferences, and technical discussions
- Translate business documents, contracts, and technical materials accurately
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian teams
- Prepare terminology glossaries and interpretation materials for specialized topics
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all business communications
- Support training sessions and knowledge transfer between language groups
- Act as cultural liaison to ensure appropriate business etiquette in cross-cultural contexts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or related field
- JLPT N1 certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional Japanese-Indonesian interpretation experience
- Fluency in both Japanese and Indonesian with native-level proficiency
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and corporate culture
- Exceptional active listening and note-taking skills
- Ability to handle technical terminology in agribusiness/food industry
- Strong time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments
