Join our prestigious Japanese manufacturing company in Cikarang as a Japanese Interpreter specializing in production and quality control. This critical role bridges communication between Japanese management and local teams, ensuring seamless operations in a high-tech industrial environment. You'll facilitate real-time interpretation during production meetings, quality inspections, and technical training sessions, while supporting cross-cultural collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional language proficiency and deep understanding of industrial processes, contributing directly to operational excellence and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide simultaneous interpretation for Japanese management during production line operations and QC inspections
- Facilitate communication between Japanese engineers and local production staff
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and quality reports accurately
- Support Japanese visitors during factory tours and equipment demonstrations
- Assist in training sessions for new production techniques and quality standards
- Act as cultural liaison to resolve communication gaps between Japanese and Indonesian teams
- Prepare interpretation summaries for critical production meetings
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and Indonesian languages
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial interpretation/translation
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and QC terminology
- Professional certification in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Strong technical vocabulary related to production, machinery, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced industrial environments
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies preferred
